Our CP-118 Wood Chip Processor, specifically designed to fit the needs of arborists, offers our patented grind-and-color technology in a machine small enough to be pulled with a pickup truck. It efficiently converts raw tree chips into beautiful colored mulch in a single pass. Our larger MP-2 combines this patented system with increased versatility, allowing arborists to grind and solid tree limbs or chips. Compact and portable, the MP-2 can be pulled with a two-ton truck. For tree care companies with large volumes of tree care waste, we offer diesel or electric horizontal grinders up to 765 horsepower.

Tree Care Horizontal Grinders

Any of our wood chip processors or horizontal grinders will efficiently grind pre-processed wood fiber to proper size and texture for landscape mulch or biomass fuel. Our horizontal grinders feature a unique infeed transition system that ensures loose particle are properly sized rather falling directly onto the discharge conveyor and lowering the quality of the finished product. All of our horizontal grinders and wood chip processors allow fast screen changes to quickly change finished product size. This convenience of screen changes, combined with fast and accurate setting adjustments, puts operators in control of the color, size, and texture of your wood fiber, ensuring that your mulch or fuel products achieve top market value.
