The MC-256 offers many of the advantages of the MC-266 in a slightly smaller package, making it an excellent match for small pallet shops, municipalities, and sawmills. Like the larger MC-266, the MC-256 is designed with a commitment to “Perfect In One Pass” finished product quality and can be equipped to grind-and color in a single pass.

MC-266 FP

The MC-266 FP (Forestry Package) is uniquely suited for the challenges of converting forestry slash to biomass fuel products. It offers unmatched particle size control and an aggressive processing rate in a platform that’s scaled to the conditions and economics of forestry. It’s aggressive enough to efficiently process pliable, tangled limbs and solid trunks yet portable enough to maneuver the tight spaces and rugged terrain of forestry landings and roads. Super single axles provide optimal flotation and clearance, while limiting the risk of blowouts. Optional crawler tracks can reduce handling costs. When equipped with our unique side loading discharge conveyor, the MC-266 FP can fill parallel trailers in cramped spaces. Our new biomass rotor offers better efficiency than typical grinder teeth, with only a fraction of the prep, downtime, and maintenance costs of chipper knives.
