Reversible Radiator Fan.Reversible Radiator Fan

A reversible radiator fan (reversing fan) purges dust and debris from the radiator to maintain proper cooling. A reversible fan briefly changes fan blade pitch to reverse air flow, pushing away dust and debris collected on the radiator pre-cleaner.

Magnetic Head Pulley.Magnetic Head Pulley

A magnetic head pulley separates nails and other light steel from the finished product. Separated steel drops into a container or pile. We use 12” diameter magnetic pulleys, which are proven to remove over 98 percent of metal, for typical applications.

Magnetic Cross-Belt Conveyor.Cross-belt Conveyor

A cross-belt conveyor magnetically removes ferrous metal from the finished product and discharges the separated metal into a container or pile. A cross-belt conveyor provides highly effective metal separation, even with wet, sticky finished products.

Cold-Start Kit.Cold Start Kit (diesel units only)

A cold start kit heats the engine coolant and hydraulic fluid to allow convenient start-up in frigid temperatures. An electronic control interface lets operators engage the system by timer for the following day or course of days, so the grinder is ready to start when the operator arrives.

Crawler Tracks.Crawler Tracks

Crawler tracks minimize handling costs and downtime required to move grinding equipment to raw material stockpiles. Track functions are controlled by remote for operator safety and convenience. Self-propelled grinders can be transported on a standard lowboy trailer. A track-mounted B-66 is available with a removable transport dolly (optional), which eliminates the need for a trailer.
