Pocket Loc Rotor

Simple, yet solid, this rotor is versatile and durable, with multiple interchangeable teeth available for different applications.

Each tooth is secured by a single bolt at the back of the tooth mount, which protects the bolt from impact and wear. With proper installation, including correct bolt torque, and routine inspection, this mounting system is highly reliable and easy to use.  Operators can quickly change teeth to suit different raw materials.

Interchangeable Teeth

Wear resilient carbide-tipped teeth are available for uncontaminated solid feedstocks, like logs and slabs. Teeth with carbide tips are not intended for feedstocks that contain contaminants, including rock and steel. Carbide tips damage easily if they strike un-grindable objects.

Hardfaced teeth with carbide-impregnated weld are available for raw materials that may contain contaminants like steel and rocks. Hardfacing weld can be re-applied by the operator, thereby extending tooth wear life.

Treblehorn Tooth.Treblehorn

Designed For:

  • Logs & slabs
  • Agricultural bales

The Treblehorn provides impressive wear life and production capacity for solid feedstocks that are free of tramp objects.

Not Intended ForNot intended for feedstocks containing tramp (see Roto-108 tooth).

SharktoothSharktooth

Designed For:

  • Slabs
  • Small-diameter round wood

The Sharktooth efficiently processes clean feedstocks like slabwood without over grinding.

Teeth Screens - Not intended forNot intended for feedstocks containing tramp (see Roto-108 tooth) or for large-diameter materials (see Treblehorn tooth).

Rotor108 Grinding Rotor Tooth.Roto-108

Designed For:

  • Pallets & crates
  • Chipped & pre-ground wood
  • Bark

The Roto-108 is a versatile tooth that provides good wear life and efficiency for a wide range of feedstocks. Featuring a layer of carbide-impregnated weld, the Roto-108 is more tolerant of contaminants than carbide-tipped teeth.

Roto-108 - Not intended forNot intended for feedstocks containing tramp (see Roto-108 tooth) or for large-diameter materials (see Treblehorn tooth).
