Clamshell Screen

The two-piece clamshell screen opens at the bottom, providing fast rotor access from ground level.

Both screens can be changed in 20 - 45 minutes by one person, using only the tools provided with the machine.

Screens are quickly secured with our patented hydraulic screen installation system, which features integrated shear protection to minimize damage from impacts with tramp objects.

Radial-Cut Screens

Radial-cut (beveled) screen openings allow properly ground material to exit the screen with less resistance and wear. Screens are made of wear-resilient alloy with hardfacing welds.

Made of cast carbide, this tooth offers impressive wear life for asphalt shingle waste. Its unique angle maximizes wear life and grinding efficiency. Each tooth offers two grinding faces.
