Rotochopper hosted its annual Employee Appreciation Day on June 15th, 2017.
Rotochopper celebrated its second annual Employee Appreciation Day with a visit to a long time customer’s mulch operation and a Minnesota Twins baseball game.

We host this event to celebrate the unique group of people behind the Rotochopper brand.”
The day began with a tour of a premium mulch operation, Herman’s Landscape Supplies in Jordan, MN, giving employees a firsthand look at Rotochopper equipment in action. “We put a lot of pride in the machines we build, and there’s nothing that compares to the opportunity to see it doing what it’s designed to do, helping our customers build their businesses,” said Rotochopper employee Cory Olmscheid. At Herman’s, employees watched a B-66 E grind wood waste for use as colored landscape mulch. Herman’s also operates a diesel-powered B-66 with tracks and dolly, and a Go-Bagger 250.
Following the tour of Herman’s Landscape Supplies, Rotochopper employees attended the Twins vs. the Seattle Mariners at Target Field in Minneapolis. The game provided the opportunity for employees to socialize over drinks and baseball. “I’m so thankful that I am part of a company that proactively works to keep their employees happy,” said employee Nikki Senkler. “The baseball game had something for everyone, and it was great to get to spend time with my coworkers in such a relaxing environment.”
