During the time I have spent as a Product Specialist at Rotochopper, I have worked with numerous customers and countless machines in a variety of circumstances, with the overall goal of superior customer support. Ensuring our customers can keep their equipment running at peak performance is the focus of all we do – whether over the phone, via email or on-site. I particularly enjoy meeting customers, troubleshooting equipment and supporting customers while they build their businesses. Going forward I am excited to maintain the level of excellence in the service we provide and be part of the growth of Rotochopper.
