MUNICH, GERMANY, and ST. MARTIN, MINNESOTA, USA— May 4, 2026 — Rotochopper, Inc., a manufacturer of wood waste processing equipment, today announced the appointment of Michael Lackner as Senior Advisor, European Operations, alongside the European premiere of the B-66 high-speed horizontal grinder at IFAT 2026. These developments mark a significant expansion of the company’s long-term commitment to the European market.
“We have served European customers for many years, and they have consistently expressed the need for direct, regional support,” said Tosh Brinkerhoff, CEO of Rotochopper. “Michael’s appointment and the development of our dealer network reflect our long-term commitment to meeting that expectation.”
Lackner brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in European industrial recycling and machinery, including a decade as Managing Director of Lindner-Recyclingtech GmbH, where he oversaw global operations and international expansion.
“Rotochopper equipment has established a strong reputation in Europe,” said Lackner. “Our focus now is to build the local infrastructure this market requires — local dealers, local service, and faster response. Customers will see these improvements beginning this year and continuing as the network expands.”
The B-66 high-speed horizontal grinder will be presented for the first time at IFAT. Designed for high-volume processing of wood waste, biomass, and mixed feedstocks, the B-66 is available in diesel and electric configurations and is engineered to meet European regulatory requirements. Rotochopper will exhibit the B-66 at IFAT Munich from 4–7 May at booth FM.809/8 in the Outdoor Exhibition Area South.
