Replaceable Mount Rotor
Simple yet rugged, our patented rotor limits bolt stress from severe impacts and lets operators quickly swap tooth mounts without special tools—just two bolts per mount.
Screen Installation System
Our patented system allows operators to quickly change screens – reducing downtime and enhancing versatility – without needing overhead lifting equipment, fasteners or special tools.
Adjustable Slab Ramp
This patented feature enables the operator to hydraulically raise or lower the height of the cutting anvil relative to the grinding rotor.
Steel Slat Infeed Conveyor
Deliver raw material to the grinding chamber with less spillage and wear than alternative conveyors. In addition, a unique infeed transition system forces loose material into the rotor for one-pass grinding.
Concentric Lift Powerfeed
This patented system creates the most aggressive powerfeed in the industry and generates unparalleled crush force to feed difficult feedstocks by keeping the powerfeed roller close to the rotor throughout its lift path for enhance feed rate control.
Cross-Belt Magnet
The optional cross-belt magnetic conveyor is a self-cleaning plate magnet positioned above the discharge conveyor, and offers a greater level of metal separation than magnetic head pulleys.
