Saint Martin, Minnesota – For over 20 years, Rotochopper been releasing the potential in resources like wood fiber, agricultural residue, green waste, and asphalt shingle scrap by supplying innovative grinding, coloring, and bagging equipment. As an employee-owned (ESOP) company, we recognize the people of Rotochopper as the real advantage that defines the value we provide for our customers. To help celebrate this value, Rotochopper recently hosted Friends and Family Night. The guests of Rotochopper employees had an opportunity to tour the factory, watch live grinding demonstrations, and check out what’s new at Rotochopper.
After the tours of the factory were completed, guests were invited to refreshments and dinner catered by a local restaurant. After dinner, family and friends were treated to a demonstration of the Rotochopper B-66T grinding several kinds of wood waste, including logs, brush, and slabwood. Later in the evening, guests also had an opportunity to watch the FP-66 grinding wood waste.
Rotochopper’s commitment to its employees is just one of the many reasons Rotochopper has experienced constant business growth. “This is a great opportunity for employees to show off what they do for Rotochopper,” said Monte Hight. It’s sometimes tough to explain what you do around the dinner table. “This event provides our employees a chance to show their children what they do for a living. It’s this type of culture that makes me proud to be a part of Rotochopper.”
