Hosted at the company’s manufacturing facility in St. Martin, MN, the event brought together Rotochopper owners and operators from around the world for hands-on training and education.
Led by Rotochopper’s customer service team, Rotochopper University is an exclusive training opportunity designed for companies that have purchased Rotochopper equipment within the past year. This two-day program covers equipment operation, best practices, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting strategies to help customers maximize their investment.
Participants engaged in a variety of activities, including a facility tour, hands-on demonstrations, and networking opportunities. The curriculum emphasized key topics such as proper machine feeding, preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on sessions provided instruction on installing main rotor bearings, adjusting sheaves, and properly tensioning drive belts on Rotochopper grinders.
