Transportation: Due to limited on-site parking, all attendees are requested to use the transportation provided. Shuttles will depart from the hotel in Waite Park the morning of the event and return later that afternoon.

Travel Info:
Attendees will need to arrange transportation from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to the hotel in Waite Park. The Hilton Garden Inn is located approximately 80 miles (about 1 hour and 20 minutes) from the airport. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Rotochopper event site on Thursday, September 25th
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Safety gear will be provided.
Weather:
Minnesota weather in late September is typically mild, with daytime highs in the 60s–70s °F and cooler evenings. We suggest packing layers and checking the forecast before your trip.
