I bring several years of experience in service operations, along with a lifelong background working around equipment and hands on problem solving. My focus is on keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need when it matters most.
I enjoy the variety this work brings because no two days are the same, and I find it especially rewarding to help customers get back up and running. I also value the opportunity to collaborate with people from all walks of life across the country.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, including camping, riding my motorcycle, and boating.
