About Michael Heinen
As a Rotochopper product specialist, I will provide support that keeps our customer’s equipment operating efficiently. My experience in customer service troubleshooting and resolving issues will enable me to help Rotochopper customers keep their equipment running at peak performance.
I have the privilege to work alongside other talented members of the Rotochopper team to realize our customer’s satisfaction. This may be working with the R&D department to assist in troubleshooting an issue or working with engineering to find an assembly to fit a machine. I get to help amazing Rotochopper customers improve their operations and make sure their equipment is operating safely.
