We wanted to build relationships with people. When I took over, we had good old boy relationships across the board and it turns out those relationships were actually hurting us. Getting in touch with Nick was exactly what we were looking for. He keeps up with what’s going on my life and he’s personable. Being a smaller company, we need that support and every time I call a cell phone, I get an answer. What I didn’t expect was that Rotochopper has such good relationships with every other company, for example, AmeriMulch, they’re out driving us around to see other facilities, giving of free drums of dye, and visiting our facility as well. That all came from being a part of the Rotochopper family.
