Rotochopper customer, Russ Taylor with Taylor Pallets & Recycling, tells us why they are excited about the newly installed dual auger truck loading system at their facility. They grind the scrap material from the pallet plant on one side of the highway and move the product across the road to where they stockpile it for mulch.
Russ says, “The material comes out of the grinder and it’s done, there’s no metal, because it can’t get passed the two magnets. Then we load the trailers with the auger system and taking it across the road.” They also have RotoLink® remote monitoring system on their newest Rotochopper EC-366 horizontal grinder and it communicates with them to let them know what is going on with their grinder. “We appreciate working with a factory-direct company because we can call you guys straight up and say this is what we got going on and you don’t have to wait to two days to get a response.”
