A Richmond, Virginia native, Charlie works out of our Richmond office. “The Mid-Atlantic region has long been a hotbed for growth and in premium fiber markets,” Parker stated. “We brought Charlie on board to help meet the changing needs of fiber commodity producers. Expanding our representation helps us maintain our reputation for providing expert, personalized guidance.
